Casanova Law, P.A. is a criminal defense law firm based out of Wellington serving multiple counties in South Florida. Attorney Lourdes Casanova founded the firm in 2015 after gaining experience as a prosecutor for the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office. During her time as an Assistant State Attorney, Casanova successfully litigated fish and wildlife charges and boating crimes. Casanova's knowledge of criminal law and the courtroom has consistently proven a major advantage in defending the constitutional rights of the accused.
In recent years, South Florida has seen an increase in Fish and Wildlife arrests, often involving violations of constitutional rights. To meet the growing demand for FWC defense, Casanova Law implemented initiatives of geographic expansion, additional FWC training, and heightened focus on fish and wildlife cases. The firm has met public need by proudly, skillfully and aggressively defending fishermen and hunters throughout South Florida. Casanova Law is the leading FWC law firm in the area based on its unique attention to FWC cases, FWC-specific experience, and the recommendation of numerous satisfied clients.
